Construction
example for a ferret's cage (according to the Swiss law for one or two
animals that have several hours time outside of the cage). Ferrets need
a lot of space and time to run around while awake. There are also people
who reserve one room or a big space in the garden for them to run around
- but be aware that ferrets have to be protected against direct
sunlight, heat, cold and wind!
This cage we were building for our
pets because you can't get cages that big in pet shops. For three or
more animals we would strongly recommend to build one more floor. When
awake during the day our little rascals are running around the whole
house anyway...
